You are responsible for ensuring that you have fully secure access to the App and Portal. In this connection, you cannot hold Brink liable or present any claims. Brink is expressly not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, loss of savings and losses due to business interruption. Brink may recover any loss or damage resulting from violations of these rules of conduct from you.
